Tour Plan
Day 1
Upon arrival, you will be received at the airport in New Delhi , go on a sightseeing tour of Delhi. The highlights of the first half of the tour are Jama Masjid, the largest mosque in India; Red Fort; busy and narrow winding streets of old Chandni Chowk bazaar and its delicacies, Raj Ghat, Mahatama Gandhi's memorial; all of which are situated in Old Delhi. The second half of the tour concentrates on New Delhi and has Rajpath, India Gate, Parliament House, President's House, Humayun's Tomb, Qutub Minar, Overnight stay at the hotel.
Day 2
In the morning, drive to Agra and visit the world popular Taj Mahal fabricated by the Mughul Emperor Shahjehan in 1630 for his Queen Mumtaz Mahal to hallow her mortal remains. Later, visit the Agra Fort containing the Pearl Mosque and the Halls of Public & Private Audience. Additionally, visit the Tomb of Itmad-ud-Daullah manufactured by Empress Noorjehan in memory of her father. In the evening, drive to Jaipur enroute Fatehpur Sikri. You need to know that Fatehpur Sikri is 40 kms from Agra and fabricated by Emperor Akbar in 1569 and deserted following 15 years because of lack of water. See the elegant structures including the Jama Masjid, Tomb of Salim Chisti, Panch Mahal and different Palaces.
Day 3
After breakfast, leave for Jaipur, visiting Fatehpur Sikri enroute. This city was built by Emperor Akbar but had to be abandoned soon due to scarcity of water. Some of its highlights are Sheikh Chi's Tomb, Buland Darwaza, Panch Mahal and Jodha Bai's Palace. Check in at the hotel at Jaipur on arrival. Jaipur is also known as the Pink City because all its building are in pink colour. Overnight stay at the hotel in Jaipur.
Day 4
After breakfast we proceed to visit the Amber Fort, located 11 Kms away from Jaipur. Enroute, visit the Hawa Mahal. Amber was the ancient capital of Kachawaha dynasty before Jai Singh founded Jaipur. Ride an elephant (Optional) to reach the gates of the fort. The other highlights of the sightseeing tour of the day are City Palace with Chandra Mahal, Shri Govind Deo Temple and the City Palace Museum; the observatory known as Jantar Mantar with masonry astronomical instruments; and Hawa Mahal known as 'Palace of Winds' with its honeycomb façade. In the evening we drive through the new city of Jaipur and visit Laxmi Narayan Mandir- a Hindu temple built in white marble. Spend the evening at leisure or go for shopping in the colourful bazaars of Jaipur. Overnight stay at the hotel.
Day 5
After breakfast, check out from the hotel and drive to holy city Pushkar, Pushkar is famous for its Brahma Temple built in the 14th century. Start sightseeing tour of Pushkar, Visit Brahma Temple, Pushkar Lake and Ghats. In the evening check in the hotel. Over night stay at hotel in Pushkar.
Day 6
Morning after breakfast check out from the hotel, drive to Ajmer 15 Kms from Pushkar, on the way visit Adhai Din Ka Jhonpra, Ana Sagar Lake, Ajmer Sharif Dargah and enjoy 1 hour shopping in Ajmer City. Evening drive to Jaipur, on arrival check in and over night stay in hotel in Jaipur.
Day 7
Morning after breakfast check out from the hotel and drop at Jaipur Airport for onward journey.
